Keep in mind the price of the room and central location when you are
thinking about this hotel.
This hotel is walking (and also luggage hauling) distance from the
Victoria station.
The rooms are in various stages of upgrades, so u will be surprised at
what you can experience here. There are all kinds of rooms (I stayed for
a week at last minute notice so I was shifted around in 4 rooms to
accommodate existing reservations.) from basic bed/sink only to full
family size with sleeping area, seating area, kitchen (oven/ fridge/
sink/ counter space) in suites. So ask specifically for what you need.
Customer service is basic no frills, but efficient.
The location is surrounded by all types of restaurants and bars, so you
can eat a variety of cuisines at reasonable rates. The best part is the
Sainsbury store which has a full service deli plus a pizza station, so
if you are in mood for pizza don't stop by the Pizza hut, but go in the
store and order one there for about 1/4 the price. Next best place to
eat is in the mall area above Victoria, with McD, a all you can eat
pizza and past joint, KFC among others.
Big Ben, Buckingham palace are couple of attractions which are within
walking distance from here, and for the others, head to the Victoria
station to catch a bus or an underground.
Overall I would say I got my money's worth while I stayed in this hotel.

Loved it!!!
This place was great! From start to finish during my 4 day stay, my
friends and I had great, simple service.
The hotel is very basic, but clean, modern and you really do pay for what
yoy get. A simple room, simple amenities, and a good breakfast every
morning.
The staff are not the friendliest, but informative and helpful to certain
degree. But then again, for the price we paid, we did not expect anything
else.
This really is an alternative to an Easy Hotel kind of place.
Would definitely stay again.
